The CareWest project began
in July 2007 and was completed in September 2007. This
facility is a typical Tenant Improvement (TI)/office
condition: it is an insurance office located in Rocklin,
CA.

This project was a unique situation
for us in that the owner had requested for us to do some storefront
work and build an etched glass conference room wall
with the owner's logo on it. After extensive research, we
were able to find a window-wall system that suited their office
environment. The owner also requested that we use aluminum
frames in the facility (some with side-lites), which were provided
by ABS Architectural Concepts. All of the doors for this
project were nine foot maple doors supplied by Western Oregon Door,
and all of the hardware used was from Hager Companies. We
sold all of the materials for this facility and provided all of
the installation. The owner's short time frame
was met, while coordinating with all of the other sub contractors.
